A Warm Welcome Awaits you at the Hornby Working Men’s Club
The Hornby Working Men’s Club provides a wide variety of excellent facilities plus
a controlled environment for male and female members and their guests.
The Club’s numerous bars provide a pleasant atmosphere for members to meet and socialise.
Live entertainment is presented (mainly on Friday and Saturday nights) in our West
View Lounge which features a stage and dance floor.
Excellent catering facilities in the Club Café and Chalmers Restaurant provide a
wide choice of meals in excellent surroundings and at very reasonable prices. We
also provide members the opportunity to have their special occasions including weddings,
21st birthdays and conferences at the Club.
The Heart of the Club is our very strong emphasis on sports and
social activities for our members to enjoy. By joining in with the club’s activities
you’ll meet many of our members and make new friends. Sporting sections participate
in local, regional and national competitions. See the Sports section page. The Club
has a very well equipped gymnasium and encourages members of all ages to obtain
and maintain a level of fitness appropriate to their circumstances.

The Club has it’s own modern gaming room for members to entertain
themselves, situated adjacent to an onsite TAB. Other services provided to members
are a well stocked self service bottle store and a courtesy coach which provides
both pick up and take home services at a minimal cost. There is also a large conveniently
located car parking area.
Membership of the Club also provides entry into hundreds of similar
